Better way to make roti, is have your favorite recipe of roti. You need two more things, a first a decent oven, gas or electric. Second you need a pizza stone. Preheat oven on bake a 500 degrees F. Roll out your roti before ready to put in oven after oven is preheated. Then switch the oven to broil and increase temp to 550 F. before placing the roti in oven lightly coat with water before placing on stone. Roti should take no longer than two minutes to cook. Most likely 1 to 1 1/2 min.

  40. Also fresh juice from organic fruit through a single gear juicer, keeping those enzymes alive :) Juice consists of....apples, oranges, carrots (most of mass is carrots) lemon, ginger, celery, beetroot. Sometimes kale or spinach.

  41. Rolled Oats, sesame seeds, saltana's, almonds, macadamia nuts, pepitas, sunlfower seeds, cashews, honey and flax seed oil.
This is all toasted in the oven and the saltanas are thrown in at the end once its cooled down. Also once its cooled raw oats are mixed through it. When served add half a bananna and some blueberries, yum! :)
I exercise, so this is great to fuel the body after a workout with my protein drink :)

  42. I paused the video to respond to what my healthy breakfast is:
1 to 2 servings of oatmeal - boil water, add oats, cook on low, put in bowl.
add a big scoop of peanut butter - this sounds bad and it is, but you get used to it.
add few teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil - im underweight and oils are a good source of calories.
add banana or berries or something cause they're good
its hard for me to maintain a healthy weight so this breakfast gives me the calories i need while still being healthy.

  44. I love your videos Natalie and you're my inspiration for going back to school to study nutrition. But I find it kind of distracting that you're doing a video about eating a healthy breakfast while dressed like a cupcake with pink frosting.
