    I disagree, the movie wasn't good. The day after tomorrow is soooo much better. The effects on 2012 were fake and the events were too predictable in it so it wasn't scary, just an average movie

    To me, basically, 2012 is kind of a warning sign of global warming, they say 2012 to scare you guys so u can fix yourselves b4 it is to l8, and i support it, global warming's heatin on the earth causing the earth's crust to melt whch=BAD! :P but anyways tht is my opinion, the movie ratin, id say like well a full 10 for spcial affects, but i felt uncomfortable to see so many dying;P

    no she wasnt insulting them she was making a point and i bet everyone forgot that during the roman empire ceaser made feburary the shortest month by taking away a day so the calenders are all messed up along with the the fact there isnt exactly 24 hours in a day e.t.c. if there was an end of the world scenario i dont think myans couculated all the man made mistakes happening across the sea in other parts of the world.....-.- it would of happened already

    what disappointed me at first was how they released Aang from the iceberg. in the movie, Katara hit it with sokkas boomerang but in the series, Katara got angry and accidentally broke it with her waterbending. i also didnt like that they showed fire lord ozai, he didnt appear until the second season (therefor shouldve been first in the second movie), plus he didnt have his long chin beard. in the film, Zucko held a picture of his family and ozai HAD THE BEARD

    @DethMagnetik it was ok, though. It didnt have as much comedy, aang wasnt as childish. but the visuals were great. i would give this movie a 7/10

    twisting movies are great but not in many movies. exaggerating things makes it boring. the six sense, Signs, The village, the happening, unbreakable, the last airbender thats so much twisting. you have 6 movies with twist at the end. doenst it disapoint you?

    1:42 Aang is smiling and happy and while Ong isnt a happy-go-lucky type...
    so with other characters, they dont look similiar at all...
    it makes this movie like a PIRATE version of ATLAB cartoon...

    pronounce his name ANG the Avatar not AUNG the Ovatar
    Make steve seagal the uncle
    remove the INDIAN PEOPLE FROM THE CAST AND ADD ASIANS
    Make it directed by Tom Hoop and produced by Steven Spielberg
    then ill watch it
