ReplyDelete@sazzysuzzaine this ois a great workout but dont listen to the whole 5 pounds in one week thing... to achieve that you would need to do this 5 times in the morning then times at night every single day. thats just crazy. but this is still a really go workout and if you repeat it twice in the morning and twice at night everyday you should lose about 1pound per week

ReplyDelete@Bloodyeddie4 That's most likely not enough. You need to eat more. The key is moderation. You need to keep yourself content so your stomach isn't making noise, begging you for food. But you also need to avoid being stuffed to the point of hating yourself. Try to not eat infront of the TV or computer. Eat at the table. While it sounds boring, it helps your body realize when your full more quickly. Humans are very visual creatures. If we're watching something we tend to zone out.

i eat palm sized meals every 3 hours. (good stuff liek oatmeal, egg white, tuna.)
